Parent Forms

Beginning in July, Parent Forms, completed through PowerSchool, will be available for your completion.  These forms must be completed before your student is assigned to a teacher for the 25-26 school year. Information on Parent Forms cannot be changed after they are submitted. To change contact information, please use the Guardian Update tile on your my.cherrycreekschools.org.

To change your phone number, email, and pick-up permissions for your students, please use the Guardian Update Tile found on your my.cherrycreekschools.org.  Updating your information is VERY important for the safety of your student(s).

Receiving Texts and Emails

It is important that you give permission to receive texts and email s from your student's school.  This allows us to communicate changes in schedule (delayed starts, snow days, etc.) and important information about your student's life at school, like special presentations, conferences, and other events.
